Our Mission

Our goal is to empower clients to better understand their bodies and discover the positive effect massage therapy can have on their overall wellness, including pain management, stress reduction and improved physical function.
Our therapists have over 30 years of combined experience as massage therapists and are skilled in several different massage techniques including: pre-natal massage, Trigger Point therapy, Myofascial release, reflexology, acupressure, Ortho-Bionomy, Event Sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, Swedish massage and Kinesio Taping.
